Flight Reviews & IPCs
If you’re in need of a biennial flight review or instrument proficiency check, we can help! DW Aviation typically conducts flight reviews and IPCs with the aircraft shown on the Aircraft page, however you may also provide your own aircraft. If you are providing your own aircraft, please contact us for custom pricing.
To schedule a flight review or IPC, please pay the deposit using the form below. Please note, deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, you may then schedule ground and flight sessions with us. Ground lessons will be conducted at the DW Aviation office located at 3133 W. Frye Rd., Ste. 101, Chandler, AZ 85226; you may provide a quiet space free of interruptions as an alternative meeting space.

$300 deposit
The initial deposit for the first attempt of your flight review, paid prior to the start of the flight
review, is $300 and non-refundable. This is calculated as 2 hours ground instruction and 2 hours flight instruction included – overages billed at normal rate. Client must provide his/her own aircraft. In the event of a longer ground or flight lesson, there may be a balance due after the flight. In the event that the entirety of the estimated time is not used or you do not show up to your appointment, there will be no refund; this $300 is non-refundable.
If there is a balance due after the ground or flight, this must be paid prior to any logbook endorsement.
DW Aviation can be paid in cash or on Venmo @DWAviation.
In the event there is an area during the ground or flight which is unsatisfactory for a sign-off, that’s fine… it happens to everyone sometimes! The retest will be billed hourly for the instructor, and funds previously deposited can be counted towards this (when applicable).
